Is this a printed book or a digital book?

You receive a downloadable 15-page PDF with the words placed on each illustrated page. Choose A4 or US Letter for printing at home or at a local print shop. A physical book is not shipped.

What kind of photo should I use?

One clear, well-lit photo with your child’s face visible, looking towards the camera. JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB. Avoid group photos, filters and sunglasses.

Can I read the story before buying?

Yes. The preview shows all 15 illustrated story pages with your child’s name. Cover samples are illustrative; captured payment starts your child’s custom artwork automatically.

How long will my book take?

After payment, we generate your personalised illustrations automatically. Your private order page tracks payment and preparation, then gives you the PDF download when it is ready.

What happens to my child’s photo?

Your photo stays in your browser until payment is verified, then is stored privately and sent only to Kie.ai and its image-generation providers to illustrate the book. It is not placed in a public gallery. See our Privacy Policy for retention, deletion, and how to request removal.
