What we collect

We collect the parent or guardian’s email, the child’s first name, age range, selected pronouns and one reference photograph. We also store order, payment and book-production records.

How we use it

We use this information only to personalise, illustrate, prepare and deliver the purchased storybook, provide support and prevent payment or service abuse.

Service providers

Razorpay processes payment information. Kie.ai and the selected Flux 2 image provider process the reference photo and illustration prompts. Private application files are stored with Supabase. We do not place a child’s photo in a public gallery or sell it. Provider-controlled copies are also subject to each provider’s retention terms.

Retention and deletion

The photo stays in the parent’s browser before payment and is uploaded to private storage only after payment is verified. Story Night 4 Kids deletes its copy immediately after all illustration jobs are submitted and does not intentionally retain it beyond 30 minutes. Working illustrations are deleted when the PDF is assembled. The finished book remains downloadable for 24 hours after completion and is then deleted. Payment and legally required transaction records may be retained longer.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data. Only a parent or legal guardian may submit a child’s photograph and place an order.
