Refund Policy

Before generation starts

Contact us promptly if you entered the wrong details or want to cancel. If personalised generation has not started, we will normally cancel and refund the payment.

After generation starts

Because the book is made specifically for one child, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after generation begins. This does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Problems we will fix

If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened, contains the wrong submitted name, or has a material production defect, contact us with the order reference. We will correct and redeliver it or provide an appropriate refund when correction is not reasonable.

Payment timing

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times are outside our control.
